Turbosmart Wastegate valves are characterized by an extremely high thermal load capacity. The housing shape is weight-optimized and improved with regard to flow rates. Valves are available with the following diameters: 38, 40, 45, 50 and 60 mm. This means that a suitable valve is available for all applications, from road use to use in motor sports.
It is available in blue and black.

Note: Due to the shielded diaphragm housing, the largest valve in the Turbosmart series offers excellent heat resistance. It is particularly suitable for extremely supercharged turbo engines with external wastegate and 2.50′ pipe diameter (outer diameter). The valve is supplied with 2.50′ inlet and outlet welding adapters, V-band clamps, valve seat and 1 / 8′ NPT vacuum hose connections

– Small turbo + high boost pressure = small wastegate
– Big turbo + small boost pressure = big wastegate
– The indicated boost pressure refers to the minimum pressure.
– Defective or cheap replica Wastegates can cause extreme damage to turbocharger and engine
